FWMCommission a shot

Commission the Desk

Four commissions. Each one is a written document, not a string you paste once: continuity anchors that hold a face across a sequence, the reasoning behind every lens and every light, and the negative terms named. Written by hand, one film at a time.

What happens after you pay

  1. One

You pick the commission and pay on the hosted checkout page. It takes your email; nothing else is asked for there.

  2. Two

The Desk writes to you within the hour for the brief: the scene in your own words, in any language, and who or what must stay identical across it. Two questions, that is the whole form.

  3. Three

Your document comes back by email, written by Fares in person — not generated and forwarded. Same day, and never later than 24 hours after your brief.

  4. Four

You send notes the way you would say them out loud: her face keeps changing after shot four, too much fog. The shots you name are reworked and re-sent. Two rounds, included.

Before you pay

If you would rather describe the scene first and be told which commission it is, write to the Desk and say it in a line. You will get an honest answer, including the answer that your scene is smaller than you think and the $49 shot is enough.
